ORIGINS
Origins explores the multidimensional structures and textures of reality through perception, intuition, and inquiry. Informed by a fascination with cosmology and particle physics, the series traces the origins of form and matter through visual language.
Contemporary physics suggests that beyond our three-dimensional experience — with time as the fourth dimension — additional dimensions exist that imply a profound interconnectedness among all things. This framework challenges the old notion of scientists as detached observers, positioning them instead as active participants in, and co-creators of, physical reality.
Drawing on these ideas, the works in Origins reflect the complexity and mystery of existence without resolving it. The series moves across hyper-realistic, illustrative, expressionistic, painterly, and photographic forms — not as stylistic variety, but because no single visual language is adequate to the subject.
Taken together, the works in Origins are less a conclusion than an ongoing investigation — one that treats the art studio and scientific research as different entrances to the same set of questions.
